SDK Analyzer ("SDK Analyzer," "we," "us," or "our") operates sdkanalyzer.com and provides mobile app SDK analysis reports. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices and rights that may be available to you under U.S. privacy laws.
This policy is designed to describe our current service. If we materially change how we collect, use, sell, share, or retain personal information, we will update this page.

2. How We Use Personal Information

- Authorize, capture, cancel, or refund payments through Stripe.
- Send transactional emails, including order confirmations, report status updates, and support replies.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal, accounting, tax, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.
3. Service Providers and Third Parties
We disclose personal information to service providers that help us run SDK Analyzer. These providers are allowed to use personal information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
4. Payments
Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. SDK Analyzer does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes. We receive information such as payment intent IDs, payment status, amount, currency, and related records needed to complete or refund an order.
5. Cookies, Sessions, and Logs
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, account sessions, security, rate limiting, and payment functionality. For example, we use a session cookie so you can view your reports after logging in. Stripe may also use cookies or similar technologies as part of its payment and fraud-prevention process.
We do not currently use cookies for targeted advertising or cross-site behavioral advertising. Hosting and infrastructure providers may collect server logs and technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the site.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no uniform technical standard for those signals. Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals are addressed below.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process personal information for targeted advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control do not currently change how we process your information. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required opt-out mechanism.
7. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular state privacy law applies to SDK Analyzer, you may have rights to:
- Confirm whether we process your personal information.
- Access or receive a copy of personal information we maintain about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Request a portable copy of certain personal information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, if applicable.
- Appeal a decision we make about a privacy request, where required by law.
- Be free from unlawful discrimination or retaliation for exercising privacy rights.
To submit a request, email hello@sdkanalyzer.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.
8. California Privacy Notice
This section is intended to supplement the rest of this policy for California residents. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected and disclosed the categories listed in the Notice at Collection table above for the business and commercial purposes described in this policy.
- We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
- We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
- We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for personal information.
- We collect account login credentials, stored as a hashed password and session token, only to provide account access and security. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain your account and reports, comply with tax, accounting, legal, security, and dispute obligations, and enforce our Terms. Retention periods vary by record type. For example, payment and order records may be retained longer than short-lived server logs.
If you request deletion, we will delete or deidentify personal information unless we need to retain it for a lawful purpose, such as completing a transaction, maintaining business records, detecting security incidents, or complying with legal obligations.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include HTTPS, password hashing, limited administrative access, secure payment processing through Stripe, and hosted infrastructure security controls. No internet or electronic storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide legally required notices to affected individuals, regulators, or other parties.
11. Email Communications
We currently send transactional emails, such as order confirmations, report status updates, report delivery notices, password or account messages, and support replies. If we later send marketing emails, we will provide any legally required identification and unsubscribe mechanism.
12. Children
SDK Analyzer is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. International Visitors
SDK Analyzer is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
