1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SDK Analyzer at sdkanalyzer.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
SDK Analyzer provides on-demand SDK analysis reports for mobile applications. You submit an App Store or Google Play link, and we generate a detailed report identifying the SDKs integrated within that application. Each report costs $20 per app analyzed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. When you submit an app link for analysis, you provide a payment method that is kept on file. Your card is not charged at the time of submission. You are only charged the $20 fee once your report has been successfully generated and is ready for delivery.
If we are unable to analyze the submitted app for any reason, your payment method will not be charged.
4. Report Delivery
Reports are vetted by expert analysts and typically delivered within 24 hours of submission. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the application being analyzed.
5. Refund Policy
If we are unable to generate a report for your submitted app for any reason, you will receive a full refund -- no questions asked. Since your card is only charged upon successful report generation, refunds in most cases simply mean your card is never charged. If a charge has already been processed and a refund is warranted, it will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
Reports generated by SDK Analyzer are provided for the personal or internal business use of the purchaser. You may share report findings within your organization. The SDK Analyzer brand, website design, and underlying analysis methodology remain the intellectual property of SDK Analyzer.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SDK Analyzer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or any report provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
8. Disclaimer
SDK analysis reports are provided for informational purposes only. Our SDK detection is based on static analysis techniques, and while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every SDK will be detected or that all information will be completely up to date. Reports should not be treated as legal advice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: submitting fraudulent payment information, attempting to reverse engineer our analysis methods, using automated systems to submit bulk requests without authorization, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.
