Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sdkanalyzer.com and the SDK Analyzer mobile app SDK analysis service ("SDK Analyzer," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, creating an account, submitting an app for review, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use SDK Analyzer. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. What SDK Analyzer Provides
SDK Analyzer provides on-demand reports about SDKs, libraries, frameworks, trackers, native components, and third-party services that appear to be present in mobile app packages. You submit a public App Store or Google Play app link, and we use static analysis, artifact review, automated checks, AI assistance, and human review to prepare a customer-facing report.
Reports are intended to help customers understand likely third-party technology embedded in an app. Reports are informational only and are not legal, privacy, security, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.
3. Submitted App Links
You may submit app-store links for apps that are publicly available or that you are otherwise legally permitted to ask us to analyze. Do not submit confidential files, private credentials, non-public app packages, or content that you do not have the right to provide.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SDK Analyzer, including your submission of app links and your use of any report, complies with applicable law and does not violate another party's rights.
4. Payment Terms
Each report currently costs $20 per app analyzed unless another price is shown at checkout or separately agreed in writing. Payments are processed by Stripe. SDK Analyzer does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
When you submit a report request, your payment method may be authorized but is not intended to be captured until the report is ready for delivery. If we cannot complete a report, we will cancel the authorization or refund any completed charge, as applicable. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or similar amounts imposed by third parties.
5. Delivery, Cancellations, and Refunds
Reports are typically delivered within 24 hours, but delivery timing can vary based on app complexity, app-store availability, technical constraints, or review volume. If we materially miss a stated delivery estimate, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to continue waiting or cancel the request.
If we are unable to generate the requested report, you will not be charged or you will receive a refund to the original payment method. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at hello@sdkanalyzer.com.
6. Report License and Intellectual Property
Subject to your payment and compliance with these Terms, SDK Analyzer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased report for your personal or internal business purposes. You may share report findings within your organization or with advisors assisting you.
You may not resell reports, publish full reports as a competing sample or dataset, remove attribution, or use report content to build a substantially similar SDK analysis service without our written permission.
SDK Analyzer retains all rights in its brand, website, report templates, analysis workflow, software, and service design. You retain any rights you have in information you submit to the service.
7. Analysis Limitations
SDK Analyzer uses static analysis and human interpretation. Static analysis can show evidence that code, frameworks, package namespaces, metadata, strings, configuration, native libraries, or related artifacts are present. It does not prove every possible runtime behavior, server-side integration, vendor contract, or data flow.
Some SDKs or libraries may be missed, misclassified, or assigned lower confidence because of obfuscation, encryption, dynamic loading, static linking, native code without symbols, split app packages, cross-platform runtimes, server-controlled configuration, or changes made after the app version analyzed. Confidence labels and source links are evidence aids, not guarantees.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. For example, you may not:
- Use SDK Analyzer for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Submit fraudulent payment information or attempt to avoid payment.
- Interfere with, scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls, or report access controls.
- Reverse engineer the service, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
- Use reports to violate another party's rights or contractual obligations.
- Upload or submit malware, secrets, private credentials, or non-public app packages.
9. Third-Party Services and References
SDK Analyzer may rely on third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, app stores, and public vendor documentation. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, app-store availability, vendor documentation, or third-party services outside our control.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information. Please review it carefully.
11. Reviews and Feedback
These Terms do not restrict your lawful ability to make honest reviews, complaints, or other statements about SDK Analyzer. If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly as the source without permission.
12. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for SDK Analyzer or others, submitted fraudulent information, or used the service unlawfully. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
13. Disclaimers
The service and reports are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDK Analyzer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that reports will identify every SDK, that every classification will be complete or error-free, or that a report will satisfy any legal, diligence, procurement, or security requirement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDK Analyzer and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or procurement decisions arising from or related to the service or any report.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SDK Analyzer's total liability for any claim related to the service or a report will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SDK Analyzer harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted app links, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the U.S. state in which SDK Analyzer is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you additional rights. Disputes will be handled in courts or forums with proper jurisdiction.
